About Us

Clean Green Hauling & Removal is operated by Keith and Stephanie Lamphere of Ballston Spa, NY. We offer residential and commercial hauling services, estate cleanouts, junk removal & light indoor/outdoor demolition. We donate usable items to multiple local nonprofit organizations, and recycle as much as possible. We are proud members of the Ballston Spa Business & Professional Association and Saratoga County Chamber of Commerce.

Our Philosophy

We approach our business the same way we approach our daily life - with a respect for home and family, an appreciation of the environment, and a dedication to our community.

When we are in a customer's home, we will treat it respectfully and courteously. We will take care not to track mud or dirt into your home, will vacuum or sweep any areas we enter, and will leave your home cleaner than we found it. We'll even greet your dog with a pat on the head and a scratch behind the ears (just don't tell Jackson the Junk Dog, or he'll get jealous).

Taking care of the environment is one of our core values, and being "environmentally-conscious" isn't just a buzzword for us. Our goal is to keep as many usable items out of the landfills as possible, so we have developed relationships with multiple nonprofit organizations seeking donations. If something is usable, we will find a way to reuse it, and someone who wants it!

We regularly donate items to nonprofits serving community members in need. Whether it is furniture you no longer need, clothing you no longer wear, housewares that you no longer use, or children's items your kids have outgrown, we will work with organizations in the community serving individuals who want and need your discarded items.

Our dedication to community includes our own service as board members and volunteers with multiple organizations, active participation in local events and celebrations, and a lifelong commitment to remain living and running our business in the Ballston Spa area. We have a vested interest in seeing our area be a great place to live and raise a family in, and helping others enjoy the same sense of community pride.

Clean-Outs

Let us do the work for you!

We perform property clean-outs ranging from a single large item to a whole house, shed, garage, attic, etc. Servicing estate properties, rental units, foreclosures and evictions, residential or commercial properties. We can help get a property ready for sale by removing items prior to a real estate closing. We also offer light indoor and outdoor demolition and removal of construction debris.

Minimum $125 for curbside pick-up
Half trailer load $375
Full trailer load $685

Junk Removal

Junk removal services include hauling away items inside your home or business; no-contact pick-ups of items in a yard or driveway; dismantling and removal of hot tubs, pools, fences, and other outdoor items. Our fleet includes enclosed box trucks and dump trailers, with single-item pick-ups starting at $125.

Light Demolition Services

We also offer Light Demolition Services within the Capital District service area. Our demolition crew can safely remove old sheds, decks, pools, hot tubs, and other structures or complete soft interior demolition to prepare your space for renovation or remodeling. We tidy the space and haul away the debris for donation, recycling, and disposal, freeing you to focus on what comes next.

We also offer hauling and removal services of large items (such as trailers, boats, lawn tractors, vehicles, etc.) within the Capital District service area.
